Paul Fong, A.Plus Group Director, is a seasoned professional in start-up and
re-engineering consulting in various businesses in China and Asia, in particular in retail and fashion industries. Paul has very solid expertise in customer service, business development, marketing, sales and operational management as well as people development with more than 20 years business experience. He was the head of different business enterprises taking care of business strategy and expansion.
Paul is the founders of A.Plus Group Holding Limited (HKSE: 1841) and is currently responsible for overseeing the operational management and operations of finance and accounting function of the Company. Paul was the first batch of talents in being selected to join the Management Trainee Program with COMITEX HOLDINGS LTD, the Giordano Group after his university graduation. He has equipped solid experience in full spectrum of business management including retail service, accounting and finance, sales and distribution, business development, marketing, production, merchandising, retail and franchise operation as well as EDP etc. He has been assigned to several key management positions within the Giordano Group including Project Manager and Distribution Manager before he further gained the international business exposure as the General Manager – Malaysia with the Giordano Group.
His strong start-up and business re-engineering experience were gained further when he was further assigned as the Director of Operations – Mid China based in Shanghai with TIGER ENTERPRISES LTD. He then rapidly developed the business for the Group in China with proven track record and success. He has managed a large group of sales and marketing employees as well as retail and franchise operation networks development and was successful in helping to grow the employees’ talent and potential.
Paul was a Master Degree graduate in Information Systems in the City University of Hong Kong and obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing in Hong Kong Baptist University. Paul also obtained the Postgraduate Diploma in Hotel & Tourism Management in the School of Hotel & Tourism Management, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Paul other professional accomplishments include Certified Facilitator and Consultant for Wiley Everything DiSC®, Certified Facilitator for The Leadership Challenge
